This is where you can find all of my free writing and info on purchasing any of my non-free writing. I’ve divided everything in to 3 categories:
First, there are a few random short stories. These stories are all pretty surreal but still accessible, I think. They are what Jason Napoli Brooks once called “humorous and human,” which was nice since I like Jason and his writing, and “humorous and human” is a good way to describe what I was after.
Secondly, I have a new series of stories I like to call “Tales From the Painfully Imminent Apocalypse.” These are pretty fucking bleak, so tend to be a bit less humorous than the first group. As of the creation of this site, there is only one story in here. There will probably be a second in a few months. After that, though, is anyone’s guess.
Lastly, I will be including some work from my big series that is just underway. I call it simply The Verse, which follows a society that lives in the metaverse and whose economy is based on the points earned in the games found in there. My goal with this series is to show the myth this society has built up around its founding and the special place it believes it holds in the world, and to prove that myth a lie. Sort of like another society I can think of.
Since this last is a big project, I am writing a history of The Verse in an effort to help myself keep things sorted. I’ll also be including that on here in case anyone might find that interesting (although I haven’t the slightest why anyone would!)
Thanks, and if you do go on and read any of my stuff, I’d love to read your reaction, good, bad, or indifferent.
And since I plan to sell some of The Verse stories, you’ll eventually be able to find info on that stuff here too.
My Random Stand-Alones

Ever wondered what it would be like if Lincoln’s ghost came back and worked a dead-end retail job? Or if someone couldn’t stop crying? Or if ideas were sentient, rode the subway and got in bar fights? Then read my Stand-Alone Stories
Tales From The Painfully Imminent Apocalypse

We’re all fucked. You know that, right? Here are some things I could see happening when it finally goes down.
